The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul were the first cities to be added to Best Web Design in August 2009. With rare exception, we have defined the Twin Cities area as within the metro-loop with well over 100 agencies meeting the judging / listing criteria.
The preliminary judging for the Minneapolis agencies has started to take form. We are initially seeing some improvement on agency websites towards standards. We will know more when we get into the judging in February / March 2011.
